The unit is on Marine Parade facing the stunning Geoffrey Bay, an amazing beach to snorkel, swim and reef walk. Stroll around to beautiful family friendly Alma Bay for swimming or taking the kids to the fabulous park. Only metres away is the old car barge site where you will delight in feeding the rock wallabies and fish.

 

See koalas, wildlife, an abundance of birdlife and breathtaking views from many National Park walks. Only a short walk away is  Arcadia Hotel, great for a cool refreshment or try your luck at the Toad Races. Magnetic Island has so much to offer and Birdsong @ Beachcomber is your perfect home away from home in which to enjoy it all. 

 

Birdsong @ Beachcomber is in a small complex of only 8 units, with an inground pool in the grounds. 

Directly across the road from Geoffrey Bay, the unit complex is in a quiet, leafy location where you will enjoy the sounds of the island birdlife and the central location to some of the islands most spectacular views.

 

ABOUT THE UNIT

Furnished with quality inclusions, comfortable sofas, beds designed for a perfect nights sleep and the very best linens. At Birdsong @ Beachcomber, we ensure you have everything you need to make your holiday experience one you will never forget. There is one step up into the apartment, one step down into bedroom 1 and 2 steps down into the back patio area. The rest of the apartment is all on one level.

PLEASE NOTE

Birdsong is located at Beachcomber Apartments toward the back of the complex. We do not have water views, however we enjoy less road noise, proximity to the pool and only a few metres to walk to the end of the driveway where you will see stunning Geoffrey Bay across the road.

CANCELLATION POLICY

** Please read these terms and conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which all bookings for Birdsong @ Beachcomber are accepted **

*SPECIAL COVID-19 TERMS WHILE TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS REMAIN IN FORCE*
All payments made on reservations are refundable if travel to Magnetic island is not permitted subject to -

* the travel restriction still applies 14 days before your booked arrival 
* the travel restriction applies from the address provided in your booking
* card fee and booking fee are not refundable
 

For all other cancellations -
For bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total reservation charges (including all extras) applies.

For bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation charges (including all extras) applies.

For bookings cancelled on or after arrival date, or during stay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation charges (including all extras) applies.

Failure to arrive for a booking will be treated as a cancellation and a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation charges (including all extras) applies.

If after arrival, clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation & decide to terminate their stay, any compensation or refund is at the total discretion of Birdsong @ Beachcomber management.

Refunds can only be processed to the credit card that was used to pay for the booking. All other refunds will be paid via PayPal or direct deposit only. Refund processing may take up to ten (10) business days.

Bookings made through other Agents

Birdsong @ Beachcomber bears no responsibility for monies paid via a travel agency or 3rd party internet portals until cleared funds are received into the account of Birdsong @ Beachcomber

CLEANING

Birdsong @ Beachcomber is a self-catering apartment

For stays of more than 7 days a change of linens will be provided

Upon departure, the guests will ensure all rubbish is removed, the BBQ is cleaned and the unit is left in a tidy state

Extra cleaning charges will apply if the unit is left in a dirty state
